Please note that effective September 1 we are on a new paying arrangement with Atlantis Athletics. The club is charged $3.00 per member using the showers. This is on the honour system. If this arrangement is to continue, it is imperative that we act accordingly and ensure we use our membership cards to scan in everytime we use the facilities.

Welcome to all new runners. Everyone is invited to come and join us on our runs. The main run is Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m. at Altlantis Athletics where Mountainview meets Guelph St. Just show up and tell us what distance you want to run.
