New runners are welcome to attend free of charge to check us out.

Weekly Runs:

Our main run is Sundays:
8:15 a.m. Bao Institute (formerly Atlantis Athletics) 232 Guelph Street, Georgetown

Sub-groups run on Tuesdays:
6:30 p.m. Macdonalds 185 Guelph St., Georgetown,

and Thursdays:
6:30 p.m. Macdonalds 185 Guelph St., Georgetown

Feet in Motion Runners:
Wednesdays
6:30 p.m Halton Hills Library, 9 Church Street, Georgetown

Saturdays 8:00 a.m.
(Spring/Summer) 9:00 a.m (Fall/Winter)
McDonald’s Restaurant 185 Guelph Street, Georgetown

    Just scanning the held comments and realized I missed this email from last summer. We are a group of 45 although 10 – 20 people come out on any given Sunday. We break up into different groups based on distance and speed. On average we run 8-16 km at speeds of 5-7 minutes per km.
